Image Streaming

If verbalizing is the language of the conscious mind, imaging is the language of the subconscious mind. Streaming is the bridge.

The creative gives your work life, and harvests the cognitive.

There are several types of streaming.
Involuntary Streaming is what we do naturally, things that just pop into our mind for seemingly no reason. Day Dreaming.
Symbolic imaging is the sleep/wake stage of a dream. Your imagination has free range. This type of imaging is very advanced. It contains symbols which stimulate the imagination.
Fragmented imaging is what we did on Tuesday. It's a theme with related images to the sewing.
Story imaging follows a story through the sequence of events.
And verbalizing imaging is making the processing outloud and keeps you from wandering.

It was good to watch others tonight. It's interesting how when we give to out imagination, it gives so much stimulation back. I could really believe that those actors were back in their childhood room. The eyes lit up and they were so naturally expressive when it came to harvesting. The harvest is really the purpose of the work. But you have to do the work to get there.

Jon is asking us to journal our dreams and take note of them and any symbols.
