Day 3 of Improv!

I would like to start off by saying that Monday’s class was a lot of fun! Despite the roller coaster of emotions I went through, from crying, to laughing my ass off, i loved every second of it!

Learning about the connection between the mind and the senses, and being able to use my imagination so vividly that it made me cry was an experience I will never forget. I tried to look at my notebook to write this post, and soon realized I was so caught up in the moment I barely took any notes. Since the class, I have tried paying attention to the foods I eat. Paying attention to the flavors and aromas that foods give off has completely altered my opinions on how they taste!! Thank you guys for giving me this new way to look at things!
