Occupying Space Empty Occupying Space

As actors, we need to have stubborn streaks. We can let nothing make us want to quit.
It's impossible to have a good auditing without being immersed in process. We're up against people who have no choice but to think about it day and night.

Occupying a space:
- just because the mind manufactures something doesn't mean it's wrong.
- will yourself to stay there. It may present different and personal POV
- freeze it when you feel connected
- if the image isn't helpful, why keep it?

we practiced zooming and moving through a room. I really enjoy doing the physical exercise bc I think it grounds me. I sometimes feel to heady when I start out in imagination, but I think when I start with what's really around me, I'm able to do the imaginary work easier.

I notice that when I choose an anchor, I don't have to cognitively remember what else is in the room, I see it all in relation to the object.

It’s ok to see things in relation to your anchors. They serve you like the stars served early navigators.
