More Dipping

In yesterday’s class, we continued dipping. We began with guided Imagery given by Jon that was both super relaxing but also helpful to get in the headspace for dipping and streaming. After the imagery we dived back into our childhood bedrooms. This time we opened a drawer. My experience with the drawer was very warm and wholesome. It also made me laugh because I was so goofy. I enjoyed the feelings that came from the exercise. I though it was a very smart step on Jon’s part to give us a physical drawer last class and this class he built onto the bedroom and the drawer with the exercise, brilliant! I’m thoroughly enjoying my discoveries and those of everyone in class. Looking forward to tomorrow.
