Do not indicate
Before every exercise, deep breathe and relax the body. The brain should remain alert.
First exercise:
Ask self, “I wonder what I see?” tap temple Can I see it and hold it? If so,
establish the object’s size, weight, color, smell, texture, shape,
Use the requisite amount of pressure to hold the particular object. Do not
Look at the hand with your outer eye. Rely on your inner eye.
Assignment:
Spend 3 days using one object
Day 1:
Merely look at the object for 3 or 5? minutes. Don’t memorize it or try to burn the image into your head. but just see it in your mind. Stare at it .
Notice a detail, then see the whole thing in conjunction with the detail
Day 2:
Put the object back in the same spot and sit in the same position. Grasp the object as if you were going to pick it up—but don’t pick it up. Try different grips/approaches but do not lift it.
Do “the whole thing 10x” and put it away. Then do these steps again but without the object.
Day 3: Pick the object up. And hold it in front of face for 3 minutes.
Repeat but don’t actually hold the object—just try to SEE it as if it was there.
And get the sense of the weight, shape, texture etc.
Do it over keeping a soft focus of the eyes throughout.
Day 4
Repeat all steps to get it up to face. Explore it with hands, Get a sense of it Talk about it. Find a mechanical element and employ it repeatedly so that the movement is consistent and identical each time.
I can’t accurately explain the exercise by steps but I intuit that with repetition I will not need to hold or see the object in order to sense all it’s physical features and the mechanical action.

Senses need to be refocused and activated, then witness the power surge!
