Homework:
Sit or stand in the same spot three days in a row. 15 min each time. Preferably outside. Concentrate on one sensation at a time. Dont try and do anything execpt focus, just absorb.
Steps:
1. Yawn open your ears drums.
2. Sounds, Smell, Temp and Atmosphere (wind)
