Class on Monday 6/29/20

Sorry I had to miss class on Monday. I was doped up on antihistamines and couldn't function! lol

I did get a look at the homework assignment though that was given. It wasn't new to me as it's something I already do quite often, especially at night outside on my deck under the moonlight. It's a part of my meditation and centering process. I look forward to class tonight!
