A. What did you learn (specifically)?

1. Having difficulty with a small object
2. Everything you choose will be giving you difficulty no matter how small

Exercise Steps --->
a) Person #1 holds up the plate and offers unknown object to Person #2
b) Person #2 taps with right finger to temple and says "what do I see" while allowing the object to form in the mind
c) Person #2 then extends right finger out and soft focuses to see the object form on the plate
d) Person #2 takes object off of Person #1 plate and has difficulty with it
e) Person #2 then puts the object back on Person #1 plate
f) Person #1 now completes step B-D

****Person #1 & #2 can't have the same difficulty experience****

B. How did the learning affect me?

The learning helped me to not rush, allowed the image to be viewed in my mind, and didn't allow the image to leave once I mentally pictured it.

C. Did Jon say anything quotable?

"You can't look in the inside and outside at the same time! Being unclear will become clear!"

HOMEWORK

Day 1 --->
a) Keep object in from of you and look at it for 5 minutes (don't move it; just look at it)
b) Look from a specific angle

d) Project it out in front of you after you see it
e) Pick it up, feel the weight, and turn it
f) Repeat a-e a few times slowly breaking down micro movements

Day 2 --->
a) Place the object in the same spot
b) Sit in the same position
c) Reach for the object, and put your hand around the object, but don't lift it
d) Try different grips on the object
e) Choose one grip, and repeat it 10x
f) Now put  the object away and try repeating the grip 10x without the object

Day 3 --->
a) Take the object and pick it up a few times to hold it
b) Choose how you're going to hold it
c) Now look at the object close to your face and hold there for 3 minutes
d) Place the object back down
e) Repeat steps a-d, but don't look at the object this time
f) Now do steps a-e with and without the object maintaining soft focus throughout

Thank you for the exactitude of the steps for imaging an object. I can use it to try to remember what I said!
